APPROACH

CREATIVE STRATEGY & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

To bring Hot Wheels into the digital collectibles space, I led creative strategy and art direction across multiple NFT drops in collaboration with an external agency. Together, we developed rarity systems, visual storytelling frameworks, and animated trailers that built anticipation ahead of each launch. Each series featured a unique creative direction, including custom 3D backdrops that I moodboarded and art directed to enhance the narrative and elevate the collector experience.

EXECUTION

PRODUCTION & LAUNCH

With physical die-casts unavailable before launch, I directed the creation of high-fidelity 3D models to accurately represent each collectible online. I collaborated closely with developers to optimize these assets for web and mobile, and partnered with the social team to ensure cohesive campaign rollouts across platforms. This fully integrated approach played a key role in helping the collections sell out within minutes of release.
